We produce sealing strips using a variety of materials depending on environmental exposure, operating temperature, and installation method. Each compound is tested for physical, mechanical, and chemical performance to meet international standards.

1 EPDM Rubber Sealing Strips

Excellent ozone, UV, and weather resistance

Service temperature: -50°C to +120°C (intermittent 140°C)

Hardness: 60 ±5 Shore A

Tensile strength: ≥ 8 MPa

Elongation at break: ≥ 300%

Compression set (22h @ 100°C): ≤ 25%

Water absorption: <1%

Flame resistance: UL 94 HB (optional V-0)

Standards: ASTM D2000, ASTM D2240, ASTM D412, ASTM D573

2 Silicone Rubber Sealing Strips

Wide temperature range: -60°C to +250°C

Excellent resistance to ozone, UV, and weather aging

Non-toxic, odorless, and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant

Ideal for high-temperature and cleanroom environments

Typical Applications: Oven doors, medical devices, LED enclosures, cleanroom sealing systems.

3 PVC / TPE Sealing Strips

Cost-effective, flexible, and easy to install

Service temperature: -30°C to +80°C

Available in soft and rigid dual extrusions

Color options: Black, white, gray, brown, transparent

Optional adhesive backing for DIY installation

Standards: ISO 37, ISO 34-1, RoHS / REACH compliant

4 Foam Rubber and Sponge Strips

Low-density, compressible, and soft surface

Ideal for soundproofing, cushioning, and anti-vibration applications

Closed-cell structure prevents water and dust intrusion

Density: 0.25–0.70 g/cm³
Compression Deflection: 50–250 kPa (ASTM D1056)
Operating Range: -40°C to +120°C

5 Adhesive-Backed Weatherstrips

We provide pre-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing using 3M or Tesa tapes for easy installation.

Temperature range: -30°C to +90°C

Peel adhesion: ≥ 1.5 N/mm (ASTM D3330)
